Gravel and bulk storage bins are not match for Interbloc
When prime contractor AJ Projects were designing the new Place Makers store at Takanini in Auckland, Alan Stone contacted Interbloc about their interlocking blocks to create a set of 14 storage bins.
Scott Bright founder of Interbloc said, "We knew we had a very good chance of providing a solution as the clients needs matched our products capabilities very well".
The client's requirements included,
- Simple construction
- Flexibility to reconstruct as need dictated
- A cost effective build
- A complete solution from specification to assembly
Once installed on the Place makers the company has already found the need to expand the size of several bins. This is an easy process for Interbloc as its interlocking system can be changed and added to without costly reconstruction work.
Interbloc has supplied bin structures to Takanini, Thames, Palmerston North and New Plymouth construction is scheduled for October. "Interbloc believes they have been successful in securing more Place Makers sites as a result of meeting and exceeding customer expectations" stated Scott Bright.
